Die Sets
For Sheet Metal Industries and Tool Rooms and various other engineering applications.
Ball Cages/Ball Roller Slides/Ball Bushes:
The main application is for the Precision Die Sets and various applications for friction less linear motion.
Materials of the cage are either Alluminum, Brass, Nylon or Teflon.
Balls are HcHcr hardened and are of precission grade.
We have a broad range of sizes but for any special applications we can supply the ball cages as per the specifications.
Mould Bases:
For Plastic industries and Die Casting industries.
The company benefits from a fully equipped tool room and inspection room to ensure premier quality of the batch of products before being dispatched. Chashaki has a team of skilled engineers who constantly involve themselves in the hard-core research and analysis before the levels of productions are resumed. This has enabled the company to design premier quality products which are approved and are in accordance with the global standards. Currently the company exports its wide range of products to Nigeria besides capturing a wide clientele base in India.
